We do not control, monitor, or guarantee how products are resold by entrepreneurs.
3. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under South African law.
- By registering, you confirm you are purchasing stock for resale/business purposes and not for personal use only.
4. Orders and Availability
- All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders if necessary.
- Product descriptions and images are for guidance; actual items may differ slightly.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include/exclude VAT (as specified).
- Full payment must be received before orders are processed.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
- The Platform reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
6. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within a reasonable period, using the original payment method.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect storage are not eligible for return/refund.
8. Reselling Responsibility
- Once stock is purchased, entrepreneurs are solely responsible for how they resell products, including pricing, marketing, and customer service.
- The Platform is not liable for disputes between entrepreneurs and their customers.
- Entrepreneurs must comply with South African consumer, tax, and trading laws when reselling.
9. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, content, and branding remain the property of www.amahle247.co.za
- Resellers may not use the Platform’s brand name, logos, or marketing materials without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Platform provides products “as is” and makes no warranties beyond those required by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits from resale.
11. Indemnity
Entrepreneurs agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the resale of purchased stock.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of South Africa.
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
